Ondisplay’s software is built on the motto “not every customer is the same.”
For the same reason, there are a large number of functions in the system that support flexibility,

Functions
CUSTOM ACCESS TO THE SYSTEM
Ondisplay’s software must be flexible with regard to the individual user. Therefore, we give the computer to an I.T. expert that can work technically in the system with a more advanced access than the user, who only has a desire to get a picture, a document, or video up on the display as quickly as possible.
CUSTOM ACCESS TO THE displayS
In the same way, we can open and close the access to upload media on the various displays, or just do it to sections of the display. Using this, different departments can have access to upload on specific sections on distinct displays, while other co-workers can have access to all sections on every display.
INFORMATION BOARDS
With information boards, you can work in the system, allowing you to work across locations using the same template on your displays, easily correcting your messages.
DIVISION OF displayS
No matter how many sections you want your display to be divided into, it can be done. We have a wide variety of what works based on your needs and wants. Therefore, we will naturally guide you every step of the way.
DANISH AND ENGLISH SUPPORT
When you need to contact an employee at Ondisplay, you will always get in contact with someone who sits daily and works with the system at our office in Skanderborg. Support and instructions/teaching/training can be in English if desired, as well.
INTERNAL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
At Ondisplay we have our own development department, which means we don’t send our developmental tasks to a third party company. Herby, money can be saved on customized development, and our system is continuously updated with new options based on our customers’ wishes/desires.
QUICK UPLOAD
Upload messages, pictures, videos, etc. on the displays with only a few clicks.
FLEXIBLE BOOKING
- Schedule displays to appear far into the future
- Automatic playback with fixed intervals, i.e. every Monday, every December etc.
- Make important messages take over the standard messages that run on your display. It can be done at a regular time, or predetermined dates.
Graphic design
Based on your wishes on font, colors, logo, etc, we will arrange the display’s visual appearance to fit the company’s general profile.
Modules
Our modules can be integrated in different ways on your information board’s display system.
The display and the updates happen automatically, so it’s easy to keep the display up to date without having to go in and update something manually.
Calender
View meetings, birthdays, etc. for that day, week, or other predefined time period on the display, an example being from Exchange or Google.
PICTURES VIA EMAIL
We can set up an account for you that can be used in connection with your displays. All pictures sent to this account will appear on the display. It can either happen automatically or after approval from the administrator.
INTEGRATION WITH OTHER SYSTEMS
We can integrate different systems into Ondisplay, so information will be shown on your displays. We have developed integration with companies like Winkas, C&B, Bilbasen, and many more. If you want displays from a specific system, please contact us.
RSS-feeds
The display of RSS-feeds is used by our customers most popularly to have news from DR, NEWS or CNN running at the bottom of the display.
Social medias
If you wish for your latest posts on Facebook to be shown on the display, we can do this automatically with or without comments. This also works with Twitter.
Jobnet
Several job centers we have for customers automatically get available jobs in the area shown on their display.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The displays can show the departures of the nearest busses, trains, etc.
THE WEATHER
You can have the local weather forecast of the day or week be shown on your display.
NUMBER SYSTEMS
We can integrate your number system into Ondisplay so it’s shown either on the whole or just part of the display.
COUNTS AND COUNTDOWNS
Several of our customers use this function for many purposes. For example, it can be used to count down for a launching of a new product, the arrangement of a social gathering, or to count industrial injuries.
DISPLAYS FROM OTHER SYSTEMS
We can import data from other systems, like DBU, Power BI, and Milestone Security System. If you wish to import data from other systems, please contact us to hear about the possibilities.
NEWS Vision is a possibility for showing news from TV2 designed for infodisplays having the sound replaced with small boxes of text. The reports will be selected to be not offensive to most people.
